Beautifully clean hotel with amazing staff. The selection of food was amazing and the bar staff were attentive and always topping up drinks. The entertainment on Turkish night was wonderful and the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the nearby town. the rooms were kept clean and had cute towel animals made each day.
The language barrier with staff and the lack of TUI Reps for English holidaymakers created some confusion and frustration. The pool loungers were not very comfortable and were often taken or reserved early, forcing guests to choose the beach instead.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that fulfills exclusivity in every aspect. the service provided by the staff is impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre is the perfect place to unwind and recharge. the indoor pool and Sauna facilities are top-notch, and the swimming pool along with the outdoor Jacuzzi provide a relaxing atmosphere.
The only minor issue we came across was the Night club being a bit loud at night, but closing the balcony door helped. this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

The food was very nice, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We were especially impressed with the breakfast with something for everyone. The staff were friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel was also very clean, with pleasant pools that were well-maintained. The location was perfect, being close to both the city center and the beach, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Wow! What a fabulous holiday! the location of the hotel was perfect , right near the beach and the shops. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. the food was fantastic , lots of options and always fresh. We especially enjoyed the themed gala nights! the Christmas decorations were beautiful, making for a lovely festive atmosphere.
That there weren't many English, speaking guests around, so it was a bit difficult to socialize. this didn't affect our overall experience at the hotel.
